Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Once fulfilled, tracking details are provided for a seamless delivery experience.
Shipping Method (Fragrance Disclaimer)
All fragrance orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) in accordance with postal regulations for items containing alcohol.
Perfume is classified as a flammable liquid and must be transported using approved ground shipping methods. As a result, delivery times may be slightly extended compared to standard shipping services.
Local Delivery — Complimentary
We offer free local delivery within Des Moines and surrounding areas within a 20-mile radius.
Local deliveries are fulfilled exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
